Spiritual direction is not therapy nor is it a class you take or a problem you solve.

It is a sacred conversation, held regularly (usually monthly), that helps you hear what you already know.

In a session, we slow down together and listen for what is alive in you, what is asking for attention, what the soul is trying to say beneath the noise of ordinary life. You do not need a particular faith or tradition to begin.

You need only a willingness to turn inward, and the sense that there is something more to your life waiting to be lived.

  • Spiritual direction is the ancient art of accompanying another person on their inner journey. It is a relationship built on deep listening, honest reflection, and the shared desire to understand what the soul is asking for. In a world that moves fast and demands constant doing, spiritual direction creates space to slow down, turn inward, and ask the questions that matter most. Who am I, really? What is being asked of me? How do I live in a way that feels true?

It is not therapy, and it is not religious instruction. It is something closer to a sacred conversation, one that helps you find your own way to the divine and to yourself. The goal is not to give you answers but to help you trust the ones already living inside you.

  • A spiritual direction session is a dedicated space where you and I sit together, in person or virtually, and tend to what matters most: your relationship with the divine, the callings you can't quite name, the deep craving to know your own soul. Think of it as having a coach for your inner life. We explore what's stirring beneath the surface, make sense of what feels confusing or sacred, and learn how to bring all of it into your everyday life. Because the real fruit of this work isn't found in the session itself. It's found in how you move through your days, how you recognize the sacred in the ordinary, and how you begin to live from a place that feels genuinely, fully yours.

  • No. Divinity and spirituality is not bound to one religion or another. Divinity and the sacred are deeply personal and lives inside each one of us regardless of religious choice or lack thereof.
